Our lab studies how context-dependent RNA regulation shapes brain physiology and neurodegeneration, with a central focus on spatial genomics. By integrating nucleic acid chemistry, spatially resolved transcriptomics, and machine learning, we uncover how cell type, subcellular localization, and microenvironment govern cellular RNA function and gene therapy delivery and efficacy in situ.
